leo Yolaughn Barrett was born October 13, 1979 to Pastor and Mrs. T.L. Barrett, Jr.  Kleo was the most loving person on earth who, at age 27, lost her physical life to domestic violence on March 31, 2007. 

In honor of her daughter’s memory, Mrs. Cleopatra Barrett founded the Kleo Barrett Angel Foundation to help eradicate domestic violence.
